Shipping
Europe
- Shipping cost: €5 or free for orders over €150
- Eurozone deliveries are despatched from the Netherlands, so all taxes and duties are included in the price you pay.
- Delivery time estimate: 1-3 working days for Central and Western Europe, 4-6 working days for Eastern and Southern Europe.
- Please make sure you have selected the relevant delivery country from Shipping to: in the header (for desktop) or in the menu (for mobile).
- We deliver to the following European countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Vatican City.
- Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses.
Rest of World
- Shipping cost: £20 or free for orders over £200
- Delivery time estimate: 1-4 working days (with some remote island exceptions, and pending clearance from local Customs).
- Please make sure you have selected the relevant delivery country from Shipping to: in the header (for desktop) or in the menu (for mobile).
- Our rest of world service covers all of Asia, Africa, South America and Australia, as well as the following countries in Europe and North America: Norway, Ukraine, Switzerland, Canada and Mexico.
- Your order will be sent from the UK, and if import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt.
- Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses.
General Shipping Information
- UK: 1-3 working days; £5 or free for orders over £200.
- USA: 1-3 working days; $10 or free for orders over $250.
- Europe: 1-3 working days; €5 or free for orders over €150.
- Rest of World: 1-4 working days (with some remote island exceptions); £20 or free for orders over £200.
- China: 5-10 working days; £100.
Despatch Timing of Orders
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 1pm Monday to Friday. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered. Orders will be processed by time and date received. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Using A Different Shipping Address
If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address.
If You Aren't In When A Delivery Arrives
Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.
If There Are Delays
We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.
Shipping Costs If Your Order Comes In Two Deliveries
Even if your order arrives in two packages you will only pay one shipping cost for your order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
Replacement For Non-delivered Goods to US, Canada and Rest of World
In the event that an order shipped to US, Canada or Rest of the World regions does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order but this can be difficult with postal deliveries. Where there has been no delivery beyond 21 working days, we will process a replacement order.
