Delivery summary

  • Europe: 1-3 working days; €5 or free for orders over €150
  • UK: 1-3 working days; £5 or free for orders over £200.
  • US: 1-3 working days; $10 or free for orders over $250.
  • Rest of world: 1-4 working days (with some remote island exceptions); £20 or free for orders over £200.

Please note: During sales and promotional periods we are unable to guarantee shipping and delivery times due to the high volume of orders. Orders will be processed by time and date received. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Due to courier restrictions we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses.


Shipping to the Eurozone

Shipping cost: €5 or free for orders over €150

Eurozone deliveries are despatched from the Netherlands, so all taxes and duties are included in the price you pay.

*Delivery time estimate: 1-3 working days for Central and Western Europe, 4-6 working days for Eastern and Southern Europe. Due to courier restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We deliver to the following European countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Vatican City.


Shipping to the United Kingdom

Shipping cost: £5 or free for orders over £200

Delivery time estimate: 1-2 working days UK mainland (DPD), and 1-3 working days (Royal Mail) beyond UK mainland. Please note, for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm GMT Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following working day.

All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped via DPD’s next working day delivery service. Please ensure you provide a correct mobile number and email address as DPD will update you on a delivery window by text and email.

Outside the UK mainland, orders are shipped via Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ and can take 1-3 working days. Due to courier restrictions we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses.


Shipping to the United States

Shipping cost: $10 or free for orders over $250

Delivery time estimate: 1-3 working days (subject to customs clearance). Due to courier restrictions, we are afraid we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

We now prepay all custom taxes and duties for all deliveries to the US. All you pay is the price you see at checkout, and product is less likely to be held at customs. However, random spot checks do occur on occasion. We use DHL for all US orders, on a fully tracked service, and work closely with them to ensure your order is received promptly.


Shipping to the Rest of the World

Shipping cost: £20 or free for orders over £200

Delivery time estimate: 1-4 working days (with some remote island exceptions, and pending clearance from local Customs). Due to courier restrictions, we are afraid we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Our rest of world service covers all of Asia, Africa, South America and Australia, as well as the following countries in Europe and North America: Norway, Ukraine, Switzerland, Canada and Mexico.

Your order will be sent from the UK, and if import duties apply, you will need to pay these upon receipt.


General Shipping Information

Despatch Timing of Orders

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 1pm GMT Monday to Friday. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered.


Using A Different Shipping Address

If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better – for example, your work address.


If You Aren't In When A Delivery Arrives

Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.


If There Are Delays

We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.


Shipping Costs If Your Order Comes In Two Deliveries

Even if your order arrives in two packages you will only pay one shipping cost for your order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.


Replacement For Non-delivered Good to US, Canada and Rest of World

In the event that an order shipped to US, Canada or Rest of the World regions does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated, we will do our best to assist in tracking your order but this can be difficult with postal deliveries. Where there has been no delivery beyond 21 working days, we will process a replacement order.
